Good to know

The home has been completely remodeled including new flooring in July 2025, updated bathroom, kitchen, HVAC, and even new dry wall in 2023. You enter the home into the living room that features a sofa, two chairs and a Smart TV you may login to your favorite streaming apps on. There is a small dining table for four in the dining area. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two bedrooms on each side of the bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and closet for clothing storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. There is a washer and dryer off of the kitchen and a large private deck off the back of the house.

Other Details to Note

The house is located on a busy road. It is cozy and quiet inside, but there is traffic in front of the house, especially around 5 p.m. on weekdays. There are spots for two cars to park. One in the driveway and one in front of the house near the street. We are happy to offer discounts for long-term stays! They are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay. Discounts are offered on stays 7+ and 28+ days.

House rules

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. We provide high quality, white linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We ask that guests do not use these to remove makeup or anything that will stain them. Guests may be asked to reimburse us for destroyed linens.
