Located in the heart of downtown Johnson City this loft apartment is perfect for visitors who want to walk to all of the downtown bars, restaurants, and parks! If you're visiting for an event this is also the perfect spot to stay. The apartment was remodeled in June of 2024 with all new appliances, fixtures, flooring, and furnishings. The building is steps away from Founder's Park and King Commons Park. It's just minutes down the street from ETSU, JCMC, and the VA hospital.

Good to know

The modern loft apartment was updated in June of 2024 and has all new furnishings. There are exposed brick walls, extra tall ceilings, new flooring, new appliances, new fixtures, and all new furnishings. There is one bedroom and one full bath with a tub/shower combo. The space has large windows surrounding two sides of the unit so there is also a ton of natural light. Blackout shades are in the bedroom only. The kitchen includes everything you would need to cook most any meal including cookware, utensils, bakeware, plates, cups, coffee mugs, and flatware.

The apartment is located in a condo building in downtown Johnson City. It is on the third floor of the building. There is an elevator. Guests should be sure to consider that this is a downtown apartment so all of the things that come along with downtown life go along with it, including street noise and sometimes noise from bars and restaurants on the street level. The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day. We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them according to the following fee schedule: king sheets ($30), queen/full sheets ($25), twin sheets ($20), bath towels ($18), hand towels ($12), wash cloths ($6), kitchen towels ($12).

Find us

Johnson City does have public transportation and Uber/Lyft rides are always available as well. There are four public parking lots -- Cherry Street Parking, Tipton Street Parking, Downtown Square Parking, and Founder's Pavilion Parking -- within half a block from the building on all four sides. There is also street parking available at the building. Guests should NOT park in the private permit only lot near the building where tow zone signs are present.
