Good to know

You will enter the home in the living room that has a sectional and accent chair for plenty of seating. The remodeled kitchen is off of the living room and has a small table for dining inside. The washer and dryer are also in the kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet and dresser for clothing storage. One of the bedrooms has a desk and desk chair. The bathroom is located in the hall between the two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combo.

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day. We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them according to the following fee schedule: king sheets ($30), queen/full sheets ($25), twin sheets ($20), bath towels ($18), hand towels ($12), wash cloths ($6), kitchen towels ($12).

Lovely little house. It was the perfect size for what we needed, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Check in & check out were simple. I would definitely consider staying here again if my travels bring me out to Kingsport again!
