There are steps to enter the home on the front and back doors. There is a steel floor grate for the air return in the living area. It is safe to walk on, however you should be aware of this for children or pets who may catch toes or fingers in the grate. The upstairs area with two twin beds is a shared space with the fourth bedroom upstairs. We love the charm of our historic home but remember that sometimes the floors could creak a little or be uneven. We have provided some basic cleaning supplies as well as a vacuum cleaner, Swiffer, and broom/dustpan. We also provide plugs by each bed for your convenience. These have regular outlets, USB, and USB-C plugs. The home is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
