No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.

The building is coded access only. Guests will be given a code to access the courtyard area from the street as well as the lobby of the building and their unit. The building does have an elevator. Other things to note The apartment is located in a condo building in downtown Johnson City. It is on the third floor of the building. There is an elevator. Guests should be sure to consider that this is a downtown apartment so all of the things that come along with downtown life go along with it, including street noise and sometimes noise from bars and restaurants on the street level. The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
