The place was clean and nice. My daughter really enjoyed the swings downstairs. It was cold downstairs. There wasn’t a separate temperature control. I didn’t know what the checkout instructions were. I couldn’t find them. Usually they are sent to me the night before I check out when I stay in an Airbnb, but I did not receive any checkout instructions so I just did what I normally do at other Airbnb‘s for checkout lol.

The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, communication was quick and helpful, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d be happy to stay again — highly recommend!

Perfect location. Wasn’t any noise at all. The place is gorgeous and spacious. Well stocked. We loved our stay. Super close to food and great stuff in walking distance and parking was easy.

We came up for a wedding not too far away and booked this spot for one night. Anthony’s place was great and better than the pictures! Our family felt right at home.

Anthony wqs very responsive yo a couple of hiccups, and the whole experience at the house went great. Definitely on our list to stay if we get back to Jonesborough!

This is our second time to stay here. It is a comfortable space for us and has a nice yard for our dogs. It is very close for visiting our daughter at ETSU.

This place was located a short walk from downtown. Lots of restaurants, antique stores, bars. My wife and I did a ghost walk to learn more about the city's rich past. This little place has everything you need for an extended vacation, even an actual garage with an electric/mechanical door. The unit was very clean, and all amenities were in perfect working condition. Anthony was right there with quick responses to our questions. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun long weekend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Loved the very walkable location. There is a lot of street and construction noise but a sound machine or white noise from an air purifier would help. We will definitely stay again when in Johnson City

What a great little house for a family vacation, we felt right at home the moment we walked in. In a nice quest neighborhood and close to State Street and Steel Creek park.

Anthony was very quick to respond to any questions, and keeps a clean house. Beds were comfortable, and the living room was nice and cozy. We enjoyed our short stay in Jonesborough!
